Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property, including designs, code, content, and documentation created as part of the services, will remain the property of Lx Digital until full payment has been made. Upon payment, you will receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered work for its intended purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability
Lx Digital will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability for any claim related to the services will be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of the project confidential, unless disclosure is required by law or both parties consent to the disclosure.

8. Termination
Lx Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if the user breaches any terms of this agreement. Users may also terminate their use of our services by notifying Lx Digital in writing, subject to the terms of the agreement in place for specific services.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Lagos,Nigeria & Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms
